Leadership Team
Rich
Senior Vice President Sales Operations
A leader who focuses on people and performance, Rich balances strategic thinking with a love of the outdoors and live music. He’s often found at the intersection of big-picture planning and a sunny day on the trails, finishing it off with chocolate or the occasional bourbon.
Mandy
Director of Operations
Mandy keeps Bullseye running like a well-oiled machine, balancing big-picture operations and hands-on fieldwork with ease. One minute planning a project, the next finding new trails to explore. Known for her friendly energy and can-do spirit, she brings the same enthusiasm to a team meeting as she does to a sunny day on the water.
Account Executives
Beth
Senior Account Executive
With decades of experience and an endless supply of optimism, Beth keeps projects (and people) in perfect rhythm. She’s known for her multitasking magic and warm, grounded energy — and when she’s not building client relationships, she’s catching up on her latest read or testing her secret yodeling skills.
Anna
Account Executive
Anna’s secret recipe is her mix of deep industry knowledge and genuine warmth — she’s the kind of Account Executive who makes clients feel like old friends. With roots in sales, art, and web design, she approaches every project with curiosity and care, often drawing inspiration from her favorite pastimes: camping, yoga, and a good book.
Alli
Account Executive
Nearly five years in the industry have sharpened Alli’s product knowledge and attention to detail, so clients always get the right solution. Outside work she’s all about family — the source of her best ideas and her favorite way to recharge.
Danielle
Account Executive
With nearly 15 years specializing in trade show management, fulfillment, and event promotional products, Danielle is a creative problem-solver who stays cool under pressure and always finds a way to make things happen. She channels that energy into dance class, rescuing stray cats, and volunteering at the Ohana Music Festival.
Lynne
Account Executive
Lynne’s 27 years in customer service and vendor relations make her a steady hand who turns client visions into reality. She’s lived overseas, been in a band, ran a cookie business, and still finds time for reality TV, Survivor rewatches, and a good Hamilton tune.
Rhvonda
Account Executive
With decades of experience in printed and promotional products, Rhvonda is known for quick responses, strong follow-through, and a meticulous eye for quality. She recharges outdoors with her husband and dog, hits the gym regularly, and brings that same disciplined creativity back to client work — typically with a dessert in hand.
Lori
Account Executive
Known for her time management and product expertise, Lori keeps client projects streamlined and friendly. Off the clock she’s a motorsports fan who enjoys Supercross weekends, road trips, and perfecting her mother’s lasagna recipe (which she’ll gladly share when the timing’s right).
Laurie
Account Executive
Laurie brings four years of hands-on experience, managing everything from sourcing and production to fulfillment and shipping. Known for her creativity and ability to bring ideas to life, she keeps projects organized and on track. She recharges with walks or a relaxing spa day, loves Cherry Coke Zero, and unwinds with a glass of red wine.
Mary
Account Executive
With 44 years of experience, Mary is an operations pro skilled in web support, art development, and virtuals. She loves true crime, quiet time at home, and finding stray dogs on her lunch break. Powered by Eight O’Clock coffee, she ends her day catching up on the news and enjoying quality time with her eight grandchildren.
Jennifer
Account Executive
Jennifer’s nine years in the industry have honed her management skills and customer-first approach, making her a reliable partner for complex projects. She recharges in the garden or on a hike, loves extreme activities like zip-lining, and brings that adventurous spirit back to client work.
Support Team
Tam
Project Manager
Tam combines project-management smarts with a customer-service heart — she keeps teams supported, timelines on track, and clients smiling. She recharges with a quiet hour, a pumpkin spice latte at Starbucks, and a playlist on repeat; fun fact: she’d be an astrobiologist if the planets aligned.
Graphic Design Team
Courtney
Marketing Associate & Graphic Designer
Courtney’s the kind of creative who finds inspiration everywhere — from stained glass projects to karaoke nights. With nearly a decade of experience, she brings curiosity and craft to everything she designs, turning even the simplest idea into something that shines.
Rey
